Supported project submissions use a one-time, short-lived email-verification link bound to the submitted project, email address and document version. The token is stored only as a cryptographic hash and cannot be reused after verification. Verification is required before the private request-summary PDF download is unlocked or customer delivery is queued. A queued status does not mean an email was delivered, and secure recovery or download access may expire.

When you contact us or use the request tools on this site, you may provide:

• Contact and company details such as name, business name, email address, phone number, city and state, and preferred contact method.
• Project and shop details such as bay count, facility type, timeline, vehicle mix, budget range and other notes you enter in Build My Shop or the Equipment Quote builder.
• Equipment and service details such as the models you select, equipment brand, model or serial information, symptoms, and the description of the work you need.
• Files you upload, such as floor plans, shop photos, equipment or data plate photos, error screens and PDF documents.

Build My Shop, the Equipment Quote builder and the service and contact forms save your in-progress entries and your submission receipt in your own browser's local storage so you can return to your work. That draft stays on your device until you clear it or clear your browser data. It is not sent to TAG until you submit.

Our website hosting and security providers keep normal technical logs, which can include IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and date and time. These logs help keep the site available and secure.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your quote, service, training, financing or general inquiry.
• Prepare quotes and scope equipment, installation, training and service work.
• Contact you about your request using the method you selected.
• Maintain internal records of requests, notes and follow-up.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve this website.

TAG uses providers for hosting, database and private file storage. Email delivery uses a provider only when configured. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their service to us.

TAG does not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep submitted requests, related notes and uploaded files for as long as needed to respond to you, to complete the related work, and to maintain reasonable business records. You may ask us to remove information we are not required to keep.

Uploaded files are stored privately and are not published on this website. Access to submitted requests and files is limited to authorized TAG staff accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send information you consider highly sensitive through this website.

You can:

• Choose not to submit a form or upload a file.
• Ask us to correct or delete information you sent us.
• Ask what information we hold about your request.
• Clear your saved draft at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
